Internship Winter Workshop
10-Week Immersive Design Experience | Starts Early November
Step inside a real interior design project and work directly with me as we take a live nursing home design from concept to completion. This 10-week guided internship is not just theory — it’s hands-on learning inside an actual Charles Interior project, giving you rare behind-the-scenes experience that most designers only get on the job.
You’ll learn to think, plan, and design like a professional — managing timelines, budgets, specifications, and client feedback in real time — while building your own polished portfolio pieces along the way.​
How It Works
You’ll join 15+ live weekly workshops (1–1.5 hours each) on Zoom, where we’ll review the current stage of the project, walk through real deliverables, and collaborate together. You’ll receive the same tools, templates, and systems used by Charles Interior to manage professional-level projects — and each session is recorded for replay access. Throughout the workshop, you’ll take part in design direction, budget planning, and specification research — all within a real, evolving project that mirrors the workflow of a working design firm.
